This week, Homesick and Sol de Janeiro will be released.

Everyday’s Top 7: A Quick List to Stay Up to Date with New Bra Lines and Underwear, and Rituals, From Skims to Letterfolk

There are a ton of great products that drop every week — and we’re here, as always, to keep you up to date on the best of them. Each week, we’ll be rounding up a short list of our favorite product drops from the last seven days for you to shop as you sip your morning coffee or take a quick break from work (trust, it’s the only list you need for staying up to date on these things).

The launch of Hill House Home’s winter outerwear, a trio of brand new bra lines from Skims and Letterfolk, as well as a customizations placemats from Letterfolk, will occur this week.

Skims, Kim Kardashian’s empire of shapewear, loungewear and underthings, has just added new bras to the lineup after three years of fit-focused R&D, each with a particular purpose. There are three collections: The Naked Collection for a bralette feel with a bra’s support; The Weightless Collection for some artful padding and silky No Show Collection for a bra-less look under clothing. Colorways include Skims’ signature range of neutrals and a range of sizes, and they’re available starting at $44 — but some sizes are starting to sell out already.

That’s not all Athleta’s come up with recently: There’s also Rituals, Athleta’s new intimates line featuring bras and underwear that are both practical base layers and come in a quartet of shades (black, an almost-white lavender, hot pink and dark teal) to start the day.

A fashion-y take on Sperry’s Duck Float boots with a zipper front upper and leather linings: a collab

Rothy’s just dropped two new pairs of sneakers that are perfect for anchoring any fall wardrobe — and they’re designed to be unisex, sustainable (they’re both 100% recycled and 100% recyclable) and wearable with anything (check those minimalist stylings). The lace-up version of the city Slip On is available in bone, navy, pink and wheat, as well as the other colors. They’re also machine washable, which means they stay in tip-top condition for longer. If you want these, you can go a half-Size Down if you have a medium width but have a larger foot.

The fashion company Lisa Says Gah and the shoemaker Vans have collaborated on clothing and shoes that are reminiscent of sneaker styles you grew up with. The collection, which starts at $49.50, includes Mary Jane-style sort-of sneakers with kelly green trim and Vans’ Old Skools with splashes of green, as well as pale pink and oxblood (the Slip-Ons also get a bordeaux makeover). There is also a baby t-shirt with a ’90s-inspired design.

Sperry and Who What Wear have teamed up for a collab that’ll help us get ready for the colder days ahead: a fashion-y take on Sperry’s classic Duck Float boots. While Sperry might be famous for those and its boat shoes, Who What Wear’s editorial team came in to co-design a pair of zip-up winter boots. The result? A leather zip front upper and leather linings is what the Sperry’s Duck Float boots are made of.

The Scalp Serum: Daily Drops of Good for the Structural and Hairy Colossal Collagen of the Scalp

Reformation has been working hard this season with a bunch of drops over the month of September, and the new 90/ 10 Cashmere line will be available at the end of the month. The most sustainable cashmere is 90/10, and is made up of post-industrial recycled Cashmere and 10% Good Cashmere. The silhouettes are far from just crew- or V-neck: Expect collared cardigans, cropped shapes and elegant, body-skimming dresses.

Also new in? New relaxed pants perfect for fall (and pairing with your new cashmere), plus a vintage drop featuring a ton of great pieces from peak ’90s and ’00s, including crochet, denim, lace and cashmere from John Galliano, Missoni, D&G, YSL and more.

Nécessaire’s new The Scalp Serum is a daily drop of goodness for your scalp: It contains a 5% Biomimetic Peptide Blend at a concentration clinically shown to be strong enough to prevent hair loss and support hair growth. The formula does not leave it feeling oily and feels clean on the roots, so you don’t have to worry about it ruining your mood. It takes four seconds so you don’t have extra time in your morning routine. Buy it individually for $58 or as part of a bundle with the brand’s excellent shampoo and conditioner for $75.

The Onima Maker Series: An Acid-Obsessed Candle with a Hot Spot on the Iberian Coastline

Birthdate’s candles have been entracing people who like their home scents with a splash of astrology for a while now, and the brand has just dropped a new limited-edition Tarot Candle that’s perfect for putting on your gifting list for your horoscope-obsessed friend. The candle reveals a charm in the melted wax after an hour or two of burning it — let the gold-plated charm cool, and then scan a QR code for a reading. The smell of amber and allspice is amazing in the meantime. P.S.: It is on sale for $38, instead of $45.

Just as we roll right into holiday entertainment season, Letterfolk’s come up with some fun placemats that both protect your table and are customizable: Each comes with 200 tiles to fill the mats in with, which can be arranged to create new designs for get togethers, celebrations or speaking at an everyday level, general moods. (If you’re familiar with the brand’s Tile Mat, this basically is the table version.)

You can use the tiles in small spaces because they are heat resistant, and you can use a hot pan to serve them if you have one. You can just pop them in with the dishes and call it done at the end of a meal that is dishwasher-safe.

The first stop in the new Maker Series is Acid League, famed for its eponymous kitchen product, which is famed for being acid-obsessed. Spain. The debut brand, Onima, is based in Barcelona, uses ingredients from the Iberian coastline and utilizes a process that produces different results than your standard hot sauce. You can buy the three Onima flavors, Malson, Il Mig, and Cry Baby, as a $55 trio on Acid League’s site.

A Smart SuitCase for Macbook, and A New Line of Stanley Coffee Mugs for Chaotic Early Mornings: From Balm Dotcom to Latte Cup

TwelveSouth just released a smart new SuitCase for MacBook (M1 Pro, 14-inch to 16-inch models) that not only protects your laptop when you’re on the move, but when you’re working too. The minimalist hard case design features a quilted, water-resistant exterior, and it hugs your laptop while you’re working on it — meaning whatever’s on the table doesn’t get on your laptop — and when you’re done, you just slip it in your bag and go.

Oura’s extremely subtle titanium health-tracking rings pair with an app to deliver insights about your health and sleep patterns as you go about your day, which is great for those into biodata but not into wearing a watch. The wearable just got a sleek, minimalist redesign, too — in the form of the Oura Gen3 Horizon design (starting at $349), which comes in silver, black, stealth, gold and now rose gold as well. The only thing else you’ll need to get going is the membership, which runs $5.99 per month.

When the temperature starts to drop, we don’t recommend waiting on the newest drops from Glossier because they sell out fast. The bestselling Balm Dotcom now comes in a seasonal iteration: The Swiss Miss Balm Dotcom is all about cozy snow days with a rich mug of hot chocolate with hints of vanilla and marshmallow.

Top insulated drinkware maker Stanley has just dropped a line of coffee mugs made for early mornings: The Demitasse Cup, Cappuccino Cup and Latte Cup are all made using Stanley’s famous vacuum-insulated technology but made to stay at home. There are plates made with silicone that don’t link to your table, if you have a coffee mug. Everything is dishwasher-safe too, making chaotic mornings a little more manageable.

EVOO: A New, Limited-Edition Counterpart to Make Your Kitchen Cookwares More Attractive and Easier

The popular belief is that MSG is fine to eat, but it also makes things more delicious. You can now include it in your table if you haven’t already been using it to make your meals tasty. There’s a bright shaker meant to coordinate with the other two packages and it contains salt and pepper.

Good-qualityEVOO is a must have in the kitchen and nicer versions make a great gift. Brightland’s just dropped a four-pack of its bestselling California olive oils that come in smaller bottles perfect for tastings and other judicious uses. The bundle includes Ardor (red chili- infused), Rosette (garlic- infused), Lucid (lemon infused), and Arise (basil infused) and you can decide whether or not to break it up. If you’re really dedicated to your oil, that 100-milliliter size squeaks you in under the TSA’s limitations on carry-on liquids too.

Caraway’s food storage set has officially launched, and these ceramic-coated, nontoxic glass containers are both eye-grabbing on the refrigerator shelves and easy to clean up once you’ve finished off your leftovers. The 14 pieces in each $245 set come in five sizes and six colors, so you can organize to your heart’s content (and there’s a magnetic storage organizer so your cupboards stay tidy). There’s also the clever option of making part of the set into a bento-style lunch box to make toting your food to work and back super easy.

Made In’s kitchenware and cookware are all about exceptional products for great value, and the brand’s turning back to its archives to rerelease four of the brand’s limited-edition knives. They are better than their previous limited- edition knife drops and the four styles that are coming back onto the virtual shelves all serve a different purpose in the kitchen. First up is a 6-inch Chef Knife with Black Micarta Handle, a bit smaller than standard versions. It sold out in less than 24 hours last year, but there is also a Boning Knife with Green Micarta Handle, a Cleaver with Ebony Wood Handle, and the return of Made In’s first-ever limited-edition knife.

The ’90s Pop Collection by Away: From Bags to Speakers for Parents and Children on the Go (with an Appearance from Balmuda and Shay Mitchell)

The ’90s Pop Collection by Away includes new versions of the brand’s favorite bags and travel accessories. Expect pink-and-red dual-tone carry-ons and checked bags, brightly marbeled swirls on sling bags and packing cubes and accessories like luggage charms to distinguish your bag from the rest.

Shay Mitchell’s Beis line of travel and lifestyle products has teamed up with Elsa Hosk to create a line of bags for parents on the go. The line has a variety of bags and accessories, such as a tote bag, backpack, changing clutch, caddy and baby sling. The bag will fit from babyhood to childhood and beyond in cool patterns like lime, yellow and more.

Balmuda’s elegantly designed appliances and electronics have previously filled up our kitchens, but the brand has just launched a $399 speaker that carries over the aesthetic of the line and adds some concert-quality sound too. The idea came from the founder’s past in a Japanese rock band and his quest to make recorded music measure up to the goodness of live music, and these speakers are made just for that. It’s expected that acoustics are made for vocal-centered music so each tone is in harmony. It’s also rechargeable and portable so you can bring it wherever you are.

Editors’ Picks: An Editorial Roundup of Oprah Winfrey-based Favorite Things for the Holiday Season

Preorders of Apple TV, iPad and other new updates to its products are available now. Choose from a 10th-gen iPad, iPad Pro 11-inch and iPad Pro 12.9-inch (both with super-powerful M2 chips), Apple TV 4K, Siri Remote for Apple TV, Apple Pencil (1st Gen) with USB-C and iPad accessories. Basically, if you’ve been wanting to upgrade an old table or streaming device, it’s a great time to do it. Shipping happens later this month, making it the perfect time to get set up for a cozy winter of Netflix and chilling.

Sometimes our editors don’t use everyday products in our comparative pieces because we test them against other products head-to-head. Editors’ Picks is where our editors highlight everyday products we personally use on a daily basis and think you should too.

We were introduced to a lot of products in October. Some were forgettable, while others left a lasting impression. Because we’re committed to spotlighting the best products out there, we’ve decided to curate roundups of our favorite products we try each month.

Oprah’s Favorite Things have just been announced for 2022, and if anyone knows what’s good, it’s Oprah Winfrey. This year, the tastemaker has rounded up a highly giftable shopping list that includes categories like travel, kitchen, beauty, self-care and more, meaning there’s something for everyone from her curated selection. And, like previous years, she’s focusing on small businesses — more than 87 are featured on her list this year.

The Camp Collection: The Great and Eddie Bauer collection of warm, cozy waffle-woven textiles for all the outdoor enthusiast in the cooler months

There are textiles that are super soft against the skin. They’re temperature-regulating too, and the company’s just dropped a new line of waffle-woven bath accessories and textiles that are as indulgent-feeling and as cozy as the brand name promises. If you need any of the things listed, it is here, from $40 to waffle robes and bath wraps.

You will be happy to know that there is a winter version of the Toms Mallow soles out right now. The Mallow Chelsea and Mallow Repreve boots are officially shoppable and give you all the comfort of the Mallows you know (hello, OrthoLite insoles) with some great aesthetics, whether you go for a puffy zip-up style or a new take on the old Chelsea classic.

For the more adventurous among us, a little wintery weather never got in the way of a good outdoors time. Here to outfit us is the fourth and final collab from The Great and Eddie Bauer. The Camp Collection is all about cheerful, actually cool outdoors gear that looks less like you are trying to scale Mount Everest and more like you are about to sit around the campfire after a day of hiking.

For chilly nights, expect flannel loungewear starting at $30 and going up to $300 with colorblocked fleeces and plaid down shirt jackets. Pieces are available in many different sizes. Now all you need to do? You can get the outdoor adventure on the calendar if you layer up.

New Product Launches from Rumpl and Rachel Pohl: From Kitchen Shears to Containerscored H$_3$U$_4$

The cold part of winter? Looking down at your legs and realizing your just-shaved skin has sprouted a crop of red bumps. With the Ultimate Skin Solution, which goes beyond a cream to include a spray-on formula, you can enjoy the benefits of natural products without having to compromise on the quality. It will remove dead skin cells so you can prepare for a clean shave. Use it between shaves for max smoothness when it’s razor day.

This week, Our Place continued to take over our kitchens. The company released a double-sided cutting board made from recycled materials and a set of five-in-one kitchen shears with a menu of purposes. The perfect shade to complement that tagine, Sear, is also available in a Cast Iron Always Pan.

We love the vibe of the ’70s and the new towels from Baina are gorgeous. The beautifully designed textiles are available in shades of red, white, navy, chocolate, brown, and pale blue and are perfect for modern bathroom décor. The new sets can be found at Baina.

A lot of us prefer to view the sport from a different point of view. There is a collaboration between Rumpl and Rachel Pohl which features the jagged slopes of the Matterhorn against a backdrop of pink and lavenders. True to form with Rumpl, the blanket is made from hollow-fiber synthetic insulation made from recycled water bottles, and it’s ready to go in all sorts of inclement weather thanks to DWR coating.

Calling all aspiring YouTubers. Sony’s just launched a ZV-1F camera that’s made for vlogging, and that’s just what it’ll do. Amazon has a crystal wine glass for $10.99 / $59.50 for a carafe and a stainless steel mixing spoon

Rocketbooks are perfect for people who love handwriting their notes (better memory retention!) but who don’t love all the paper that these scribbles, notes, meeting minutes, daydreams, burgeoning novels and doodles take up. You just write your notes in the cloud and reuse them on the previously erased pages. For people who don’t mind a lot of space, there is a 60-page notebook on Amazon that costs $40. It has 20 more pages than the standard Fusion, plus meeting notes and project management templates.

The brand just launched a glassware collection, and Aarke is known for its sparkling water makers. You can drink from a different vessel. The crystal (fancy!) glasses come in a wonderfully mismatched set of four glasses for $49.50 and $59.50 for the carafe and stainless steel mixing spoon. The glasses are the same in volume for those with small kitchens and they nest inside each other. Don’t be scared off by the crystal — they’re totally OK to pop in the dishwasher.

A Super-Modern Instant Stand Mixer Pro based on the Twelve South 12K Solid Walnut Wood Construction for Your Apple Devices

Artifox has been making beautiful furniture for over a decade, and now the modern- and Midwest-minded company has teamed up with tech-savvy Twelve South to create a solid walnut hardwood, limited-edition desk that’s made with your Apple devices in mind. The model with the bone colored top and hardware that contrasts with the wood below can fit in a lot of places. The desk has a lot of features and it doesn’t look streamlined. There are pegs to hang bags and headphones, a rear notch for a monitor mount and a built-in dock and grid to manage all the cords in the back (meaning way less visual clutter). You can further customize it with your Twelve South stand and gear. It is safe to say, this isn’t an average desk.

They make way more than the Instant Pot, air fryer, and holidays past, but they are known for more than that. The latest offering? A super-modern Instant Stand Mixer Pro, that, unlike some other brands, is not trying to be a knockoff of a certain iconic mixer. This one is all three years old with a digital display, a ton of bowl capacity, and a sleek shape. Was it the best of all? It’s 30% off right now on InstantHome.com and Amazon.

Hero Cosmetics’ acne patches are the stuff of legend by now — a little sticker and boom, bye zit — but the chin patches the line has just dropped are perfect for covering a little more ground. You can get a set of 10 patches for $17.199 to help with the issues of your face, skin and hair. Just leave it on while you get your six to eight hours of sleep, then peel it off in the morning for clearer, less irritated skin beneath.

Hoka: A new everyday beauty product and a new friend’s candle for warmer, less puffy skin (and all-gender)

Hoka has always been known for their eye-catching designs, and now the brand just launched a new shoe that is made for your everyday life. It is great for casual running days and has a zip that is easy on and off. Plus, it’s an all-gender shoe, so you can bet it will be a crowd pleaser.

Homesick’s new “Friends”-themed candle, Roborock’s new vacuums, and La DoubleJ.’s ski collection are all scheduled to launch this week.

It seems we’re hitting peak “Friends” nostalgia, and the new Friends x Homesick Central Perk candle from Homesick and is all about recreating the scent of that iconic fictional coffeeshop. Expect notes of espresso, steamed milk, caramel and cream (but don’t blame us if you find yourself craving an extra latte).

Scarlett Johansson’s skincare line has just dropped a $44 facial oil for skin left a little dry from winter weather. The formula replenishes your skin’s natural moist barrier by using squalane and botanical oils. It is meant to play nice with oily skin.

Whether you head to the beach for a day, or just want to feel less puffy in winter, this new Bum Bum Body Firmeza Oil from Sol de Rio promises to give you hydration and make you feel better about it. It smells great as well, thanks to the Cheirosa scent, which has notes of pistachios and salted caramel.

The brand’s new S8 series features more-powerful-than-ever robotic models, including a new mopping system and a range of over 300 square meters. Best of all, you’ll go up to seven weeks without emptying it, meaning you have to think about cleaning less often.
