A US federal appeals court ruled in favour of the Federal Communications Commissioners (FCC) in its effort to revive the “net neutrality” rules. The court said the internet should be “fast, open and fair”. “Consumers across the US have told us…that they want an internet that’s fast, open, and fair,” FCC Chairman Ajit Pai said.
