Los Angeles County officials said on Saturday that they’ve changed their alert and notification system to cooperate with the state’s alert centre, as they investigate the cause of false evacuation alerts sent to 10 million Angelenos last week. There are red flag warnings in effect starting Tuesday morning and lasting through 12 pm Wednesday.
