Tesla has issued a voluntary recall of Cybertruck electric vehicles over concerns that the accelerator pedal may loosen and lead to a crash. The NHTSA said that it received a customer complaint on March 31 that the accelerator was pressed all the way down and that the brake pedal brought the Cybertruck to a stop.
