South Korea’s former intelligence adviser, Cha Du Hyeogn, has said that if the Ukraine war continues and North Korea commits more troops, their battleground knowledge could pose a threat to South Korea. He further said that North Korea has reserves to send up to 150,000 additional troops to fight with the Russians against Ukraine.
