The adult mouse brain is made of several different types of cells
Researchers found that there is statistically significant higher enrichment (P = 0.004) of chromatin interaction signal at the corresponding-specific cCRE–gene pair anchors, compared with non-corresponding pair anchors. The enrichment was calculated using Wilcoxon rank-sum tests and the fold change was calculated as the average expression level across cells in the two clusters.
