    Section 230 challenges will be heard by the Supreme Court.

    The US Department of Justice (DoJ) has said that Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act “provides substantial protection to websites and digital platforms” from censorship. This comes after the US Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, in its ruling, said that Section 230 doesn’t allow companies to remove “objectionable” content from their sites.
