The 10-year anniversary of the Boston Marathon bombings will be observed on Monday. The bombs detonated near the finish line of the race in 2013 left three dead and over 260 injured. The men’s and women’s races will take place on Monday with Eliud Biruta and Geoffrey Mutai participating for the first time.
