Ohio Governor Mike Brown has said that voters should keep the proposed pro-abortion amendment from the state’s Constitution. Issue 1 of the state constitution is meant to determine if reproductive rights should be constitutionally protected in Ohio and it will also make it difficult for future ballot measures to change the state Constitution, Brown added.
