The man suspected of shooting two Democratic state lawmakers in US’ Minnesota on Saturday had served on the Workforce Development Board with one of the victims, records showed. Vance Boelter was also a director of security patrol for Praetorian Guard Security Services, a company that says it provides private patrols and uniformed security.
