The carbon-to-nitrogen transmutation of azaarenes
Researchers have revealed that nitrogen atoms can be substituted with carbon atoms in quinolineN-oxides. In this paper, a single-atom substitution of carbon with a nitrogen atom in quinolineN-oxides is shown. The study also discovered that nitrogen atoms can be substituted with carbon atoms in two other nitrogen-containing molecules, quinolineS-oxide and quinolineE-oxide.

The optimal nitrogen rate for sustainable rice production is in China
A study suggests that winter legume-rice rotations can help reduce nitrogen pollution and carbon footprint while maintaining net ecosystem economic benefits. “Winter legume-rice rotations can reduced nitrogen pollution and carbon footprint while maintaining net ecosystem economic benefits,” it said. Winter legume-rice rotations can reduce nitrogen pollution and carbon footprint while maintaining net ecosystem economic benefits.

The herbivory costs in tropical nitrogen-Fixing tree species
The impact of symbiotic nitrogen fixation on plant growth and carbon storage in humid tropical forests is studied. Net aboveground biomass accumulate in a humid tropical forest with symbiotic N fixation. The response of different plant life to its surroundings during succession on a nitrogen poor soil was also investigated. Effects of modelsstructural uncertainty on…

Nitrogen pollution from global croplands is cost-effective.
The impact of nitrogen on climate and soil health is discussed at the Conference on Sustainable Development Goals (CSDS) held in Paris. The title of the talk was ‘An introduction to Nitrogen and the Sustainable Development Goals’, edited by Dr Darrell R, X Zhang and Howard. Eutrophication, harmful algae and biodiversity were also discussed.
