Australian authorities have found a radioactive capsule that went missing from an iron ore mine in Western Australia last week, Rio Tinto said. The capsule contains Caesium-137, the world’s fifth-highest concentration of the radioactive isotope. “In this case, there seems to be a failure of the control measures typically implemented,” it added.
