Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko on Thursday said the rebel leader in Russia’s Rostov-on-Don province, Igor Prigozhin, is in the Russian city of St Petersburg. “He is a free man…But what will happen later?” Lukashenko asked. The Russian mercenary force Wagner has withdrawn from Rostov-on-Don after Lukashenko’s intervention last month in a mutiny led by Prigozhin.
