On the occasion of’Transgender Day of Visibility’, the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) released new guidelines for health care needs of transgender people. “Our new guidelines focus on two key areas- gender and gender dysphoria. They are a step forward in addressing the health needs of transgender people,” said WPATH President Sarah McCooey.
