Thousands protested on Saturday in Israel against the Israeli military offensive in the Gaza Strip. A UN report last year had found signs that participants in the October 7 Hamas-led attack on Israel committed sexual violence in several locations and said that some hostages held in Gaza had been subjected to rape and sexual torture.
