The Storm Prediction Center has predicted that snow and strong winds are expected to spread across the Northern Plains into the Upper Midwest in the US on Wednesday and Thursday. The eastern New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine areas can expect between 18 and 24 inches of snow, according to the weather service.
