Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono has signed into law a revised Criminal Code that criminalises cohabitation between unmarried couples and promotes contraception to minors. The code also criminalises cohabitation between unmarried couples and promotes contraception to minors. It also enshrines laws against abortion, rape and medical emergencies when the fetus is less than 12 weeks.
