A US Senate Committee on Wednesday held a hearing on Live Nation’s agreement with Ticketmaster. The hearing was called to investigate whether Live Nation is abusing its monopoly in the ticketing industry and violating antitrust laws. Several states have filed a lawsuit accusing Live Nation of rigging tickets for Taylor Swift and Beyoncé’s shows.
