A court order prevented the U.S. from deporting hundreds of Venezuela’s to El Salvador
The US Embassy in El Salvador has ruled out deportations under the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 against President Donald Trump’s order. Trump declared that the Act was invoked against the gang Tren de Aragua. The deportations to El Salvador also included two alleged leaders of the MS-13 gang, which wasn’t included in Saturday’s action.
