A USB-C adapter for charging phones from a car with the Qi2-certified wireless charging standard has been launched by the Wireless Power Consortium (WPC). The adapter can be used to charge cars with USB-A port or no phone charging capabilities. Apple and Samsung are reportedly expected to put Qi2-certified products on the market.
