The M3 Pro has a quad-core processor, 18 cores, and up to 36 gigabytes of unified memory. The M3 Max has a 16-core processor, a 40-core graphics card, and up to 128 gigabytes of unified memory.

The new MacBook Air should have a different color finish than the space black one. The company believes that the breakthrough chemistry forms an anodization seal to greatly reduce fingerprints. I can not imagine that the seal would do much to prevent scratches or scruffs which tend to shine through as bright silver if they are deep enough. And this, friends, is exactly why I go with silver every time. Even so, I do appreciate that this shade appears quite a bit darker than the prior space gray. It looks more powerful and ominous.
