The Elevate: The Lowest Price Soundbar for a TV in the Home/Lambda-CDM Era
A television is often the centerpiece of your living room, so it’d make sense for it to look nice. Right now, the prettiest TV we’ve seen is on sale. The Sony A90J has a nice display, fast processing, and a user-friendly interface. Unless you have a super-long TV stand, wall-mount it because it has weird legs at the end.
Do you need a super-affordable TV? This one will do the trick, even if your budget is low, and it’s an even better value right now. You can start streaming immediately with this model, which has full-array local dimming for deep contrast and 4K resolution.
The M-Series Elevate 5.1.2 is the snazzier version of our favorite soundbar for under $500. TheElevate is Vizio’s version of the sleek Sonos design with more rounded edges and a darker charcoal color. You will have all of the benefits of Dolby Atmos at a lower price.

The Dell XPS 13 is a computer, not the Windows of yesteryear: Deals through Cyber Monday and Black Friday at the HELL
This price was the same as during Cyber Monday and Black Friday. Most people will find the new Macbook Air to be the best Apple laptop. The charging cord is a crowd favorite and the display is bigger and better than its predecessor. You’ll also get solid battery life, which definitely comes in handy.
I grew up in the age of computer rooms, so I tend to get nostalgic for that classic window pane design. The Dell XPS 13 is a computer. Plus (7/10, WIRED Recommends) isn’t the Windows of yesteryear, though. This upgrade to our frequent favorite has a futuristic invisible trackpad, a gapless keyboard, and a high-performing processor.

The Lenovo Tab P 11 Plus is a Great Value for the Price: An Update on the Price of Tablet Models with A14 Technology and Usb-c
Apple updated its most basic iPad with a slimmer frame, Apple’s A14 chip, and a new port for theusb-c. Like on the iPad Air, the Touch ID sensor is integrated into the power button that sits on the top edge of the slate. The rear camera has been upgraded to 12 megapixels instead of 8. But, perhaps most important, the 12-MP selfie camera has been moved to the center of the iPad (in landscape mode), so you’ll no longer have to uncomfortably stare to the side during video calls. The good news is that Apple increased the price of the models. It is a better deal than what we saw on Cyber Monday, and it makes the slate more accessible.
The largest 7-inch tablets on the market are the ones you can buy for this price. The LCD screen looks great, and even the speakers sound good, so it’s great for streaming your favorite series. Just know there’s no headphone jack, and the performance can be stuttery now and then.
The lowest price we’ve ever seen on a Tab S8 Ultra is this one. We have only tested the smaller Tab S8, but the Ultra model is much bigger with its 14.6-inch screen, and the AMOLED display looks nicer. It’s powerful, and has a S Pen stylus, and has cameras in the center, so that you can see what’s happening during video calls.
The Fire HD 8 is a budget tablets that does the same features as the Fire HD 10, but is more portable. The 8-inch screen is great for traveling, but you will compromise on the picture quality a little bit.
The Lenovo Tab P 11 Plus is one of our favorites. It’s pretty fast for the money, and coupled with a decent 11-inch LCD screen, it’s great for playing games, putting on a movie, or even upping your productivity at work. If the latter is your goal, this tablet has a Productivity Mode when a Bluetooth keyboard connects for a more desktop-like interface. Just know that it won’t get the mobile operating system.

The Lily Sport: A Mini-Band Garmin for Small Hands and a Great Pair of a Smartwatch with a Smartphone
This Garmin is really, really cute. Accurate fitness tracking is one of the things the Vivomove Sport can do, it has up to five days’ worth of battery. It doesn’t have the GPS tracking that other Garmins have, but that’s nothing your smartphone can’t solve.
I have tiny little hands, so some smartwatches look bulky and oversized on me. The Lily Sport is our favorite small Garmin smartwatch, and it’s perfect for smaller wrists like mine. The screen for the Lily Sport looks cute, just as it tracks your fitness data, so don’t let its size fool you.
Do you want to pair your smartwatch with your phone? The Samsung Galaxy Watch5 Pro (7/10, WIRED Recommends) is great, especially if you have a Samsung phone, offering the ability to see and respond to notifications, reliable fitness tracking, and two-day battery life. The watch itself is attractive and comfortable which is something that you might not get in other watches.

The Right Time For You: The Sony LinkBuds and Jabra Elite 7 Bluetooth Headphones for a Low-Cost iPod
Even better than the Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones? Hearing they’re on sale. These noise canceling headphones have a 30-hour battery life and are comfortable. They can even sense when you’re talking and pause what you’re playing for you. I would say that’s handy, but it’s actually pretty hands-free. (Ba-dum-tssss.) The price was the same as on Black Friday.
The Sony LinkBuds are great for safely listening to music and not interfering with the other world. These buds have a unique design with a hole in the center so natural sounds can seep through, while still playing your preferred playlist. Plug it in to juice them up if you don’t have wireless charging in the case.
This is a match of the best deal we’ve seen for the second-gen AirPods Pro (9/10, WIRED Recommends). It has been around for a while, but the price is still nice. It’s true that there are many great headphones available, but these are the only ones that really work for an Apple device. They’re comfortable, they sound fantastic, and they pair seamlessly with Apple devices.
If you’re working out on the treadmill, you should use the Jabra Elite 7 headphones to amplify your sound. You get a rating for water and dust resistance, smooth silicone on the buds themselves, and superb sound, and you also get an IP57 rating. You can even adjust the EQ levels in the Jabra app to customize your listening experience.
Best Mattress Deals on Presidents’ Day: Deals with Wireless Chargers, Portable Storage Drives and Fitness Tracker, Headphone and Headset Compatible Devices
This weekend is Presidents’ Day, and as singer Lesley Gore famously said, “It’s George Washington’s birthday, and you can save if you want to.” (We may have paraphrased.) America loves a deals holiday, and the latest has arrived. The best Presidents’ Day price drops were highlighted by us. You can save money if you buy the best fitness tracker, reviewer-approved headphones and favorite wireless chargers. It’s exactly what George would have wanted for his birthday, probably.
Now is a great time to shop for mattresses too. Check out our Best Presidents’ Day Mattress Deals post for discounted recommendations. Don’t see anything you like? Maybe check out our Best Wireless Chargers or Best Portable Storage Drives roundups.
The Anker MagGo 633 is featured in several of our buying guides, including our Best MagSafe Accessories list and our Best Portable Chargers list. It is a genius little device. The wireless charging stand is a good location for charging up compatible phones. When you’re on the move, you can slide the wireless charger up and out of its stand—it doubles as a portable power bank. We track prices on products we recommend, and this deal is just $5 higher than the best price we’ve seen for it.

The Best Presidents Day Deals Sale – $10 off a Pixel 6A for $59.99$$, $299.99, and $399.99
This deal is a match of the lowest price we’ve seen for our favorite Android smartphone. Even though it is frequently sold, the Pixel 6A delivers amazing value at full price. It is not easy to find a better cheap phone.
Moft makes some of our favorite phone, tablet, and desk accessories, and select items are 15 percent off on its website through March 6. Moft’s origami-inspired folding solutions are compact, attractive, and ingenious. This desk mat is a great option if you want to balance your phone and laptop. It also has two embedded NFC hot spots and the nicest wrist rest that product writer Medea Giordano has ever tried.
They’re not the latest model, but the Samsung Galaxy Buds2 (9/10, WIRED Recommends) are still a fabulous little pair of earbuds. This is especially true for people who use phones that are made by the company that makes them. The sound quality and comfort is top-notch, and it’s also available in a wide array of fun colors.

Best Smart-Home Products at the End of Presidents Day: Sales Sale Rates for 15$20 TP-Link Cables and Connected Devices
This goes on sale relatively often, and we’ve seen it drop $20 further in the past, but we still think this is a worthy price for our favorite robot vacuum. The Q5+ is reliable. It’ll even empty its own dustbin.
We haven’t yet tested many of TP-Link’s smart-home products since they arrived in the US last year, but the company makes some of our favorite routers and smart switches. The products are up to 38 percent off. Our Best Smart Bulbs is a great guide to more options.
The Echo Show 8 is a great smart display. It’s the middle child of the lineup, size-wise, and large enough that weather updates and recipes will remain legible, but it’s not so big that it takes up more room than it deserves. Read more about it in our Best Smart Displays and Best Alexa Speakers guides.
The Stream Deck can do more than just control your streaming setup. We have a guide that explains how to be more productive with the help of this device. This deal matches one of the lowest prices we’ve seen.

The Best Portable Hard Drives Guide: An Updated Instinct-based Fitness Tracker for the End-to-End Sparse Budget
The new version of a solid-state drive is recommended in our Best Portable Hard Drives guide. Since it was released, it’s been the lowest price we’ve tracked. The rugged exterior of your digital media will protect it from weather, wind, rain, snow, and anything else that can come your way. The internals are very fast and have security features built in.
We highlight this device in our Best Flash Drives list as a nice-looking option with a small footprint. The drive is so small you can keep it plugged in all the time without worry. Don’t let the size fool you—this drive still has zippy performance. We also like the built-in keychain loop.
During Black Friday, it dropped to $65 so there is a chance it will be cheaper in the future. If you’re interested in the market right away, this is the best budget fitness tracker. It’s simple and uncomplicated, and the design is attractive. If you don’t need a ton of bells or whistles but you do need to track your exercise and sleep, this is a solid option.
One of the most popular watch lines is the original version. While there have been several updates since then, reviews editor Adrienne So still owns and uses the Instinct, and its updated versions are in our Best Fitness Trackers guide.

The REI Microdini Hoodie at 60 percent off Sale at the Tevatron: A Great Way to Save a Child on the Outdoors
In many parts of the world, February is still plenty chilly, and now is a great time to pick up past-season outdoor gear on sale. WIRED favorite REI currently has many deals at 60 percent off or more. This year’s Wish List included the Microdini Hoodie, which is comprised of two popular fabrics, the Houdini nylon and recycled Micro D fleece. Weirdly, the women’s version is not on sale, but the kid’s version ($53) is.
This is an easy purchase for anyone who frequents the outdoors. The deal is valid on both colors. The pack collapses into a small package when not in use. You can sign up for the rewards program to get free shipping.
